1. Returns & Refunds

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
  •  Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • We cannot accept returns on personalised items, socks, hats, underwear, or sale items unless faulty.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

  •  We offer exchanges for size or colour within 30 days. If your preferred item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

4. How to Return an Item

  2. We’ll provide return instructions, including our return address.
  3. Package your item securely and send it back using a tracked postal service (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty).
